In order to further enhance the professional skills and work efficiency of its employees, the BVMW Shandong held a data processing skills training at the Kechuang Finance Building on November 25, 2024. Mr. Zhao Yuqian was specially invited to give a lecture to the employees. The training activity went smoothly, showing the Group’s continuous concern and investment in the development of employees’ skills.
The main teacher, Mr. Zhao Yuqian, is currently working in Jinan Publishing House. With his rich teaching experience and industry knowledge, he brought a practical and efficient training course to the staff. The training covered the data processing functions of Excel sheets, advanced skills of document and table processing, and how to apply these skills in daily work to improve work efficiency and quality.
In the training, Mr. Zhao introduced practical cases to guide employees to have a deep understanding and actively participate in discussions, which stimulated their enthusiasm and participation. The staff had a positive interaction with Teacher Zhao, thinking carefully and answering questions. After the training, the staff generally felt that they had gained a lot, and spoke highly of Zhao’s wonderful teaching, and promised to apply what they had learned to their future work practice to promote mutual growth of both individuals and teams.
