To further open up channels for economic and trade cooperation with Europe and expand cross-border industrial cooperation, a delegation from BVMW Shandong visited Tianqiao District Council for the Promotion of International Trade on the morning of September 28, 2026. The two sides held targeted exchanges on practical China-EU economic and trade cooperation.
BVMW is an important foreign-related platform connecting high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe. Having engaged in China-EU economic and trade exchanges for years, it boasts abundant European enterprise resources and mature experience in cross-border cooperation. It focuses on facilitating enterprise matchmaking, project landing, trade fairs and industrial exchanges between China and Europe, serving as a valuable bridge for local authorities to carry out economic and trade cooperation with Europe.
During the discussion, based on the economic and trade status and industrial realities of Tianqiao District, both sides had in-depth talks on practical cooperation priorities including landing support for European enterprises, joint China-EU trade fair activities, cross-border industrial exchanges and two-way enterprise resource sharing. They exchanged work updates, sorted out potential cooperation areas and discussed the establishment of a regular communication mechanism.
The Tianqiao District Council for the Promotion of International Trade welcomed the delegation. It briefly introduced the district’s industrial support facilities and foreign trade development, and expressed the hope to leverage the platform resources of BVMW to deepen two-way practical cooperation, streamline cooperation channels with Europe and deliver tangible cooperation outcomes.
