On September 10, a delegation from the BVMW Representative Office in Shandong, China visited Changan Group Co., Ltd. A special forum was held on Sino-German coordinated enterprise development, two-way economic and trade cooperation, as well as technical docking for electrical and new-energy industries, to advance in-depth industrial integration in industrial electrics and new-energy equipment between China and Germany.
During the meeting, the representative office elaborated on industrial strengths of German SMEs, high-end electrical manufacturing resources, European market-access standards and favorable policies for Sino-German trade. It shared proven experience and cooperation demands of Germany in power transmission equipment, photovoltaic energy storage and new-energy charging facilities, aiming to build an efficient two-way bridge for precise matching between high-quality German enterprises and domestic manufacturers.
The Changan Group team introduced its strengths. Founded in 1987, the group engages in R&D and manufacturing of high-low-voltage electric appliances, complete sets of equipment, instruments, building electrics, EV charging piles and photovoltaic energy‑storage devices. As a national high-tech enterprise with multiple international certifications, it outlined its vision for global expansion. Both sides held in-depth consultations on Sino-German technical exchange, supply-chain collaboration, European market compliance and cross-border projects, reaching preliminary cooperation consensus.
This visit consolidates the foundation for Sino-German cooperation in electrical and new-energy sectors. Going forward, the BVMW Shandong Representative Office will act as a pivotal platform to connect premium industrial resources of both countries, foster in-depth collaboration in technology, markets and projects, and support mutually beneficial win-win growth for Chinese and German enterprises.
