At 8:00 a.m. on July 9 (German local time), a four‑member delegation from Tai’an City held a special‑session meeting with Mr. Friedemann Höpfig from the Federal Association of German Small‑ and Medium‑Sized Enterprises (BVMW‑e.V.). The two sides engaged in in‑depth discussions on coordinated development of the new‑materials industry, exchanges of resources between governments and enterprises, and cooperation across trans‑national industrial chains.
Led by Chen Shixian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Tai’an Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Organization Department and Chief of the New‑Materials Industrial Chain, the visiting delegation aims to build a communication bridge for resource‑matching between enterprises in Tai’an and German small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises. It will lay a solid foundation for subsequent technical exchanges between local enterprises on both sides, project implementation and joint development of industrial platforms, further advance the global‑oriented layout of Tai’an’s new‑materials industrial chain, and explore new areas for practical industrial cooperation between China and Germany.
