To gather enterprise resources for exhibition halls in Germany and build a cooperation bridge for Chinese and German small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), on June 16, coordinated and organized by CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Jinan Tianqiao Branch), BVMW Representative Office in Shandong, China (hereinafter referred to as BVMW Shandong) visited three key local enterprises and commercial complexes, accompanied by Ding Tao, Vice President of CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch. This visit aimed to sort out high-quality industrial resources and promote Tianqiao-based enterprises to settle in German exhibition halls and explore the European market. CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch arranged visiting routes, connected government, enterprises and foreign institutions, and provided full-support governmental services for this foreign-related investment research activity.
Arranged by CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch, the delegation visited Jinan Dongke Technology Co., Ltd., Jinan Chengtong Thermal Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Qilu Shoe City successively. The delegation inspected production workshops and business premises to learn about enterprise production capacity, product advantages and overseas development demands. Vice President Ding Tao facilitated on-site communication channels between government and enterprises, while Liu Yin, Chief Representative of the BVMW Shandong, addressed enterprises’ questions regarding exports to Germany and EU market access requirements.
Liu Yin remarked that the efficient field visit relied on the overall arrangement and considerate services of CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch, which eliminated communication barriers between foreign institutions and local enterprises. Going forward, BVMW Shandong will cooperate with CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch to connect local enterprises with German SMEs to help Tianqiao’s intelligent manufacturing, energy-saving building materials and footwear brands expand the EU market.
In the next stage, BVMW Shandong will deepen strategic cooperation with CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch. Leveraging the platform, policy and industrial resources of CCPIT Jinan Tianqiao Branch as well as overseas exhibition halls in Germany, both sides will promote two-way cooperation: introducing German SMEs to invest in Tianqiao and supporting Tianqiao enterprises to enter the German market. The two parties will deepen economic and trade cooperation between Chinese and German SMEs and fuel high-standard opening-up and foreign trade development of Tianqiao District.
