From January 13 to 14, Zibo City, with the core goal of promoting high-level opening-up and empowering the international development of enterprises, took the lead in coordination and proactive action through the city's Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It accurately connected with the BVMW Representative Office in Shandong, actively coordinated with the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Zichuan District Bureau of Commerce, and Zhoucun District Bureau of Commerce to form a work synergy, providing comprehensive support throughout, including policy guidance, coordination, and service assurance. This successfully facilitated the visit of the BVMW Representative Office in Shandong to Zibo, as well as organized local enterprises to hold special discussions.
On January 13, the delegation from the BVMW Representative Office in Shandong visited the Intellectual Property Center of the Zibo Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and held a special discussion with relevant officials on intellectual property protection for enterprises going global. Both parties reached a consensus to further strengthen resource connection and build a comprehensive intellectual property protection network for enterprises going international.

On the morning of January 14, a delegation from BVMW Representative Office in Shandong arrived at the Zhongyi Cross-Border E-commerce Industrial Zone in Zichuan District. They conducted an on-site inspection accompanied by relevant officials including Zhang Jinping, Vice President of the Zibo Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Wang Gang from the Zichuan District Bureau of Commerce. At the subsequent symposium, the office provided attendees with a detailed introduction to the core advantages and service model of the Frankfurt China Goods Overseas Exhibition and Sales Center.

During the symposium, the representative office introduced the situation of the Frankfurt China Commodity Overseas Exhibition and Sales Center, which aroused widespread attention and strong interest among the participating enterprises. Many companies expressed a strong intention to cooperate and proactively inquired about matters related to settling in the center, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere on site. The person in charge of the District Bureau of Commerce stated that they will fully recommend high-quality enterprises in the district to connect with the exhibition and sales center, promote deep integration between Zichuan's cross-border e-commerce industry and the European market, and open up the 'last mile' of going overseas.

After leaving Zichuan, the delegation went to the Zibo Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, where they had in-depth discussions with the leaders of the council, the Economic and Trade Promotion Center, and relevant officials from the International Chamber of Commerce regarding the construction of an overseas exhibition and sales center for Chinese products based on the Frankfurt Exhibition Center in Germany. Both sides agreed that this initiative would effectively build a new bridge for China-Germany economic and trade cooperation and help Zibo's enterprises precisely expand into the European market.

On the afternoon of January 14, a delegation from the representative office arrived at the Zhoucun District Administrative Service Center to hold a discussion with the head of the District Commerce Bureau and representatives of local enterprises. This exchange was pragmatic and efficient, providing valuable first-hand information for the subsequent precise selection and matching of enterprises to be stationed in the exhibition and sales center, and further enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of services.

The successful organization of this inspection activity is an important result of the proactive planning, efficient coordination, and precise services of various relevant government departments in Zibo. It not only created an international cooperation bridge for local Zibo enterprises to access high-quality resources in Germany, but also demonstrated Zibo's strong determination and pragmatic approach to optimizing the business environment and supporting enterprises in 'going global' and 'bringing in' foreign investment.
