
On the afternoon of September 16, 2025, Zhang Zhe, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Jinan Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and Su Weidong, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, accompanied Liu Yin, Chief Representative of the Shandong Representative Office of the German Federal Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW), and her delegation on an investigation and exchange visit to the Jinan High-tech East District Industrial Development Center.

The investigation activity consisted of two stages: a symposium exchange and a site visit. During the symposium, Ling Ning, Party Secretary and Director of the Jinan High-tech East District Industrial Development Center, provided a detailed introduction to the current state of industrial development, planning layout, and innovation ecosystem construction in the East District.


Subsequently, the investigation team conducted field visits to State Grid Smart Co., Ltd. and EN New Power Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. At State Grid Smart, the delegation toured the corporate exhibition hall and the smart production workshop, gaining detailed insights into the company's core technological innovations and widespread applications in areas such as power robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and intelligent inspection systems.

Company representatives highlighted their "1+N" business layout, supported by an artificial intelligence technology foundation, as well as several key technological achievements that break international monopolies.

The investigation team also observed a dynamic demonstration of AI applications in the State Grid power system and expressed high recognition for its efficient application in practical scenarios such as grid operation maintenance and emergency response.


At EN New Power, the company executive systematically introduced the company's cutting-edge R&D progress and industrialization achievements in new energy power systems for non-road machinery and smart grid energy storage systems.

The investigation team visited the highly flexible battery module automated production line and the power battery pack assembly line, learning in detail about its smart manufacturing capabilities in areas like battery cell testing, visual recognition, and comprehensive testing.
This investigation activity not only deepened the German Federal Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses' understanding of the industrial environment in Jinan High-tech Zone but also laid a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation and achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages between the two sides.
