This year’s Future Day for SMEs 2025 once again stood out as a flagship event for Germany’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The gathering brought together a multitude of guests, representatives from 40 embassies, over 130 exhibition booths, three themed stages, 14 side events, and a lineup of inspiring speakers and engaging sessions, creating a one-of-a-kind platform for networking, innovation, and internationalization.
A dedicated “Internationalization” stage took center stage, where high-profile guests delved into the latest developments in key regions such as Africa, China, Europe, and Ukraine. Thanks to the participation of 40 diplomatic institutions, the event offered a unique space for direct, high-level dialogue—all without leaving Berlin. Businesses had the opportunity to pose targeted questions and forge new connections with global decision-makers.
Additionally, the event hosted four exclusive international side events focusing on the economic potential of China, Latin America, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Each session explored themes like energy, digitalization, and infrastructure, providing in-depth insights into current opportunities for German businesses in these regions.
Looking back, the Future Day for SMEs 2025 was a resounding success—made possible by the active participation, enthusiasm, and invaluable input of all attendees.
