1 · 您主动提供的咨询信息
首页的合作咨询会在浏览器中生成邮件草稿。点击“打开邮件客户端”后，您需要在自己的邮件应用中完成发送；生成草稿不等于已经提交咨询。
德中启境的在线咨询用于企业入驻、预约参观与场地合作。点击提交会将姓名、联系邮箱，以及您填写的公司、电话、日期、人数和需求等内容发送到本站的咨询接收服务。成功提示和咨询编号表示系统已收到信息，不代表预约已经确认。
明确标注“不发送”的便携展示预览不会提交咨询；另行提供的私有功能测试会将提交内容保存在独立的测试环境中，请仅使用虚构测试资料。请勿在任何咨询表单中填写密码、证件号码或与咨询无关的敏感信息。
2 · 使用目的与访问
在线咨询用于接收、查看和回复您的具体需求，由公司负责人及获得授权的员工共同处理。相关人员将按工作需要，通过受保护的管理入口查看或导出咨询记录；本版本不会自动发送通知邮件。服务器托管服务商为 GoDaddy。具体合同主体、机房地区、服务商访问及跨境处理安排仍待核实；适用处理依据和完整隐私披露仍需运营方补齐。
3 · 保存期限与清理
运营方已确认：对于处理已经结束、没有继续合作且无须另行留存的普通咨询，从实际处理结束之日起，最多保留6个日历月。保存已无必要时会提前清理，不会仅为达到6个月而继续留存。6个月是本公司的管理安排，并非适用于所有咨询的统一法定期限。
仍在处理的咨询，以及为履行合同、会计记录、争议处理或其他适用义务而有必要保存的资料，将根据其具体用途和适用义务单独管理，并定期复核保存的必要性；不会仅因提交已满6个月而删除。
咨询系统配置了每日检查，清理到期的普通咨询，同时从咨询系统的可管理备份中移除到期或已删除的记录。该系统的专用备份最长保留30天；这一备份周期不会延长咨询记录本身的保存期限。公司保存的相关邮件及导出副本也将按相同的用途和期限要求管理。
4 · 浏览器偏好与访问记录
新版页面会在浏览器本地保存您选择的界面语言。清除浏览器网站数据可以移除这一偏好；新版咨询表单不会将您的姓名、邮箱和需求保存到本地存储中。
服务器可能记录 IP 地址、访问时间、页面路径和连接状态等技术信息。原有新闻、管理后台及其他旧页面的数据行为需要单独核实，本说明不作“全站无 Cookie”或“全站无其他记录”的承诺。
5 · 外部链接与邮件
访问 BVMW 官方网站、地图或其他外部链接后，适用相应服务方的隐私说明。使用邮件应用发送咨询时，您的邮箱服务也会参与处理邮件。
6 · 个人数据相关请求
如您希望了解、更正或删除此前提交的咨询信息，请通过 info@hozean.com 与运营方联系，并提供便于定位的咨询编号或联系邮箱。
公司名称、注册地址、公司负责人、联系邮箱、内部处理分工及上述普通咨询保留规则已由运营方确认；登记法院和编号依据运营方提供的企业信息页面截图填写。托管品牌 GoDaddy 已由运营方确认；适用处理依据、具体服务商与跨境处理安排、完整个人数据权利及其行使方式、投诉机关等仍待补充确认。咨询接收、处理状态及每日维护随本次版本启用。本页是目前已知技术及管理事实的说明，不表示完整隐私披露或已完成法律审查；运营方仍应补齐上述事项。

This page describes the enquiry reception and data-management functions enabled in this release. The hosting provider is GoDaddy. The server region and specific processing arrangements remain under verification; this page does not make assurances about unconfirmed matters.
1 · Information you choose to provide
The homepage cooperation form prepares an email draft in your browser. After selecting “Open email client”, you must send it from your email application. Preparing a draft does not submit an enquiry.
D-C EWAZ online enquiries cover exhibiting, visits and venue cooperation. Submitting sends your name, email and any company, telephone, date, attendance and enquiry details you enter to this website's enquiry service. A successful response and reference number acknowledge receipt; they do not confirm a booking.
Portable design previews labelled “does not send” do not submit enquiries. Separately provided private functional tests save submissions in an independent test environment; use fictional test information only. Do not include passwords, identification numbers or sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry in any enquiry form.
2 · Purpose and access
Enquiries are used to receive, review and respond to your request. The company director and authorised employees will handle them jointly. They will be able to review or export records through a protected management interface as needed for their work. This version does not send automatic notification emails. The hosting provider is GoDaddy. The contracting entity, server region, provider access and international processing arrangements remain to be verified. The operator still needs to complete the applicable processing basis and full privacy disclosures.
3 · Retention and deletion
The operator has approved the following policy: ordinary enquiries whose handling has ended, with no continuing cooperation or other need for retention, will be kept for no more than six calendar months from the actual end of handling. Information will be removed earlier when no longer needed, rather than retained merely to reach six months. Six months is the company's management policy, not a uniform statutory period for all enquiries.
Active enquiries and information needed for contracts, accounting, disputes or other applicable obligations will be managed separately according to their specific purpose and applicable obligations, with periodic reviews of whether retention remains necessary. They will not be deleted merely because six months have passed since submission.
Configured daily maintenance checks and removes expired ordinary enquiries and remove expired or deleted records from the enquiry system's manageable backups. These managed backups are kept for no more than 30 days; this backup cycle will not extend the retention period of an enquiry itself. Related emails and exported copies held by the company will also be managed under the same purpose and retention requirements.
4 · Browser preferences and technical records
Updated pages store your chosen interface language locally in your browser. Clearing website data removes that preference. The new enquiry forms do not save your name, email or message to local storage.
Servers may record IP addresses, access times, requested pages and connection status. Existing news, administration and other legacy pages require separate assessment; this page does not claim that the entire website uses no cookies or other records.
5 · External links and email
BVMW websites, maps and other external destinations have their own privacy information. Your email provider also processes messages that you send through your email application.
6 · Personal-data enquiries
To ask about, correct or request deletion of a previous enquiry, contact info@hozean.com and include the enquiry reference or contact email to help locate it.
The operator has confirmed the company name, registered address, managing director, contact email, internal handling responsibilities and the ordinary-enquiry retention rule above. The register court and number are based on a company-information page screenshot supplied by the operator. The operator has confirmed the GoDaddy hosting brand. The applicable processing basis, specific provider and international processing arrangements, full personal-data rights and how to exercise them, and the relevant complaints authority remain to be confirmed. Enquiry reception, handling status and daily maintenance are enabled with this release. This page describes currently known technical and management facts, not a complete privacy disclosure or completed legal review. The operator still needs to complete the outstanding information.
